Spinner Gothic Font Family

Spinner Gothic Font Family is a modern branding font Family with a heigh x-height for screens. Started as a revival of the circular engraving “Confoederatio Helvetica” found on the CHF 5.— Swiss Coin; Spinner Gothic intentionally shifted towards a looser interpretation, embracing a fusion of styles, with elegance and modernity at its core.

Drawing inspiration from printing craftsmanship and iconic American Gothic fonts of the early 20th century, Spinner Gothic exudes a timeless and classy charm, with a blackness of German Grotesk lettering. In a nod to the designer’s maternal lineage embodied in the surname “Spinner”, the typeface also delicately evokes association with textile spinning and woven fabric, emphasising its ties to craftsmanship and heritage.

Composed of 9 weights, matching italics, with over 800 glyphs per font and plenty of OpenType features, Spinner Gothic is highly versatile for a wide range of design applications.
