Balans (Dutch for ‘balance’) is about my search for a creative, free and balanced life. After being fully recovered from a life threatening surgery abroad I went searching for how I want to shape my life. During this search I found out that as a designer I’m also looking for balance. Mostly between words and shapes. This inspired me to create a font that I blend with basic graphic shapes and quotes from some of my own personal heroes that inspire me.
