BRRR Skrrt Font is a bold and expressive display typeface designed by Emmanuel Rey for Swiss Typefaces, distinguished by its extra-wide proportions and strong, boxy capitals that give words a visual momentum—almost like the cars of a train.
The letterforms have angled terminals on characters like a and g that feel as if they were quickly drawn with a chisel-tip marker, while the stepped joins in diagonals (such as in M and W) add a dynamic, engineered texture.
Although BRRR features mainly uniform stroke weights, subtle pinched shoulders and bowl details prevent it from feeling mechanically flat. While not a monospaced typeface, certain letters (like I and J) have bars that evoke the aesthetics of fixed-width fonts, making BRRR well suited for striking, stacked typographic compositions and bold display uses in posters, branding, and editorial designs.
The typeface is available in desktop and web formats, with support for a wide range of Latin languages.
