I designed a modern typeface called Cirquee, inspired by technology and printed circuit board aesthetics. The project started with hand-drawn sketches, where I focused on creating angular and geometric shapes that mimic the detailed and structured lines of circuit boards. Using Adobe Illustrator, I digitized these sketches, ensuring a clean and precise design for each character. Once the digital design was complete, I utilized the Fontself module to transform the characters into a fully functional font, fine-tuning aspects like letter spacing. Cirquee features a full set of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation marks. Its bold, angular forms and intricate detailing give it a futuristic, tech-driven look, making it ideal for applications such as logos, websites, product packaging, and promotional materials related to electronics, digital media, and computing.
