Covik Sans Font Family

Covik Sans Font Family originated from Covik, my graduation project at TypeMedia — an intensive one-year type design program in the Netherlands. Determined to push beyond my comfort zone, I set out to design a text serif that felt more restrained compared to my previous experiments in expressive display type and lettering. Following the advice of my instructor, Paul van der Laan, I began this journey. Like many students, I struggled, shifted directions, and started over several times in pursuit of something both distinctive and authentic.
