Renesans Sans Serif Font

It’s an all-new-styled family, which kind of looks like Art Deco Style. The prototype of the Renaissance typeface was created in 1901 in the Berlin foundry of Hermann Berthold and was then called Secession. It appeared in several thickness and decorative varieties. Its copy was later cast in the Warsaw foundry of Idźkowski. It was also given a new name – Renaissance, which had little to do with the drawing of the letters. Our version of the Renaissance is based on the thickest version of Idźkowski’s patterns. Compared to the original, its proportions have been slightly changed to better reflect those of Colombia.

Renaissance is a decorative sans serif typeface. It has a display character – suitable for headings, titles, cover and poster. It is designed to be used in a set with other typeface – Colombia.
