TBJ Catalise Serif Font Family is a display serif font drawn from a film title card, where the letters look cut into the surface rather than written on it. That cut runs through seven weights, from Extra Light to Extra Bold, plus a variable version.
Look at the serifs first: they finish in hard wedges angled enough to catch light at poster size, while the bowls of G and J keep a round curve against those cuts. In the R, the diagonal leg meets the bowl through a curve at the bottom rather than a point, and an alternate opens that curve wider. The ft pair joins into one stroke, so a headline holds as a single shape.
Set it large as a movie title font on film posters and album covers, a magazine headline font for editorial spreads, or a logo font for wordmarks that have to read across a shopfront. Fashion labels and packaging carry the same carved edge. Keep it for headlines; paragraphs want a quieter face.
