Tuoi Tre Font

Tuoi Tre is a Vietnamese newspaper. Tuoitre font is a serif font recreated from the typeface of Vietnamese newspaper, closed from July to October 2018. As part of the project »Fonts for Freedom« by Reportes without Borders, we reconstructed typefaces out of the titles of forbidden newspapers. The campaign, conceived by Serviceplan, symbolically turns the fonts into ambassadors for press freedom.

Tuoi tre is a fat display typeface with tight spacing and distinctive diacritics. It comprises lowercase letters to form statements in German, English and Vietnamese language.
