Core Mono Font has been in development for a long time and has worked to fill my personal monospace needs. I started getting requests to release it so apparently it can fill the needs of other people as well. To that end I’ve started polishing it up to be a commercial typeface.
Core Mono has a neutral overall feel on the surface but the details blend a subtle mix of mechanical and humanist shapes. It’s meant to be kind of a workhorse (as far as a mono can be) but also be fun and interesting to look at.
Core Mono has six weights from Extralight to Extrabold to ensure a large enough typographic palette for various use cases.
