Correntino Railway Font is a product of argentine typographic archeology project called “Tipografía Histórica Ferroviaria” (Fabio Ares & Octavio Osores, since 2012). Is about the signboards of the stations of the line of the Argentine Correntino Economic Railway (1892-1969).
The letter of this signboards can be described as display type, with elementary geometric shapes, vertical line modulation and slight contrast.
