Based on the unique calligraphy of the sole master bookbinder in Bulgaria Kalin Daskalov (aka Stopan), our new collaborative font Drumnik links authentic analog practices with modern ways of communication across all types of digital media. From beautiful handmade artist books to your screen – this display font is a traveler at heart, thus borrowing its name from the old Bulgarian word for “wayfarer”. Following a challenging transformation into a fully-functioning digital font that preserves the script’s essence, Drumnik is anything but boring. The display family features two free font styles: Textured and Clean. Equipped with over 647 glyphs, double-story ligatures, and Cyrillic and Latin support, Drumnik offers a unique experience for both designers and readers!
